Nusachi Hemp

Nusachi, a producer of premium organic hemp products, asked me to consult and design on the aesthetic appearance of their facilities, and later, their merchandise. The company had acquired a 40 acre growing facility with several existing green houses and buildings, but rather than tear down perfectly usable structures, I was tasked with envisioning how to update the facades so that they would match the vision, values, and appearance of a modern, premium brand. Highlighting the minimalist elements of the brand and leaning into bold colors and geometry, I focussed on selecting materials that were environmental and cost effective. This was a multi-month project where I regularly attended meetings and site walks with the Nusachi board and their contractors, delivering multiple concepts and iterations for the entire campus.  This a wonderful experience to learn about the hemp/CBD industry and for working with new material and installation methods.
